Clients with a maintenance plan
Email info@netracode.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 306 8685408. Please include the website or project name, what happened, what you expected, and screenshots if possible. Urgent issues such as a site being offline are handled first.
Downloadable plugins and software
Each item in our Projects library includes installation steps and a changelog. If something doesn’t work as described:
- Check that your WordPress and PHP versions meet the listed requirements.
- Temporarily deactivate other plugins to rule out conflicts.
- Email us with the product name and version, your WordPress and PHP versions, and a description of the problem.
Free downloads are supported on a best-effort basis. We read every report and use them to improve future versions.

Security issues
If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability in one of our products, please email us privately with details rather than posting publicly. We’ll acknowledge your report and work on a fix promptly.
