Good projects are rarely an accident. They come from a clear process, honest communication and regular check-ins. Here is how a typical Netra Code project runs, from the first conversation to long-term support.
1. Discover
We start with a conversation about your business, customers, goals and constraints. For larger projects this becomes a short discovery phase with workshops, stakeholder interviews and a review of your current systems. The result is a shared understanding of the problem and what success looks like.
2. Strategy
We translate goals into a plan: scope, features, technology, timeline and budget. You receive a written proposal with clear deliverables and milestones. Larger projects are split into phases so value is delivered early.
3. Design
We map user journeys, create wireframes and then design the interface. You review clickable prototypes before development starts, which makes changes cheap and decisions easy.
4. Development
We build in short cycles and show working software regularly. Code is reviewed, tested and kept in version control. You always have access to a staging site or test build.
5. Launch
Before launch we test across devices and browsers, check performance, security and SEO, set up analytics and backups, and prepare a launch checklist. Launches are scheduled at quiet times with the team on hand.
6. Growth
After launch we train your team, hand over documentation and stay available. Many clients continue with a maintenance or growth plan so we can keep improving based on real data.
How we communicate
- A single project lead as your point of contact
- Weekly or fortnightly progress updates and demos
- Shared project board so you can see what is in progress
- Clear change requests: if scope changes, you see the impact on time and cost before approving
Pricing and payments
We usually work on a fixed price per phase for well-defined projects, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work. Payments are tied to milestones, so you pay as progress is delivered.
